CROCHET BOTTLE HOLDER – STEP BY STEP
Making a Bottle Cozy

Repeat Rounds 18 to 25 twice for Rounds 26 to 33.
Rounds 34 and 35: Repeat Round 18 twice.
Round 36: Chain 1, work 1 single crochet in each single crochet and 5 single crochets in each chain-5 space around; join with a slip stitch in the first single crochet – now you have 48 single crochets.
Rounds 37 and 38: Chain 1, single crochet in each stitch around; join with a slip stitch in the first single crochet.
Fasten off.
Making the Strap
From the right side, pull up a loop of yarn in the stitch directly above the first stitch of one of the 7-stitch wide columns.
Row 1: Chain 2, half-double crochet in the same stitch as joining, half-double crochet in the next 6 stitches.
Row 2: Chain 2, turn, half-double crochet in the next 7 stitches.
Repeat Row 2 until the strap measures about 25 inches, or your desired length.
