They are very delicate flowers and much loved by all, and without a doubt they have a special place in the place of all artisans and enthusiasts.
They are flowers that have an enchanting and exquisite beauty with a very special symbology, becoming valuable pieces and a perfect gift for loved ones. Right away when we look at these flowers we already notice the beauty they have, which is something clear and crystalline. With vibrantly colored petals, these flowers possess a formidable and enchanting appeal.
You can use shades of blue like traditional and original, or make them using different colors. The project is yours and you should use your creativity to guide you when doing it, allowing yourself to do the most beautiful work. Each of the flowers you make is a true work of art. People often experiment with different types of yarn and hook sizes to create a flower design that most closely resembles the original look in real life.
ABOUT THE FORGET-ME-NOT FLOWER
As previously mentioned, Forget-Me-Not flowers have a very special symbology, with deep meaning, they are more than incredible crochet flowers, they are precious pieces. They usually associate these flowers with remembrance, love and also lasting memories. Legend tells us that in medieval times, a knight and his lady walked along the banks of a stream. He spotted an amazing bouquet of flowers and bent down to pick it up for his maid, however, his too heavy armor made him fall into the river. Before drowning, he threw the bouquet of flowers to the beloved maiden and said aloud: “Don’t forget me!”
This story is so beautiful, isn’t it? As you can see, the meaning that these flowers carry is special, and to make them even more impressive you can make them with a lot of love and care, do you think about how much affection and care this masterpiece will carry? All of this is so cute!
These flowers can be applied to different pieces, you can put them on blankets, clothes, hair clips or use them in a beautiful vase as a decoration. Each stitch made will become a reminder of the love and care you put into making this lovely piece, enhancing your creation even more.
Crochet has long been recognized for its therapeutic benefits, and creating ‘Forget-Me-Not’ flowers is no exception. The focus needed to create the delicate petals and assemble the flower provides a meditative experience, allowing artisans to immerse themselves in the present moment with the repetitive movements.
